An intensive treatment to complete the Bond Enforcing System in-salon.
Stabilises the bonds enforced in step 1 and seals the outer hair surface for long-lasting strength, suppleness and shine.
[How to use:]
Apply the required amount of FIBREPLEX N°2 Bond Sealer, approximately twice the amount of N°1. Leave for 5-10 minutes, rinse thoroughly and style the hair as usual.
